Gala Bingo’s online games is the choice among players, according to a survey conducted by a news site, Unluckyforsome in the UK.

The survey, conducted this month, questioned visitors to the site on which online bingo site they played at the most.

The results put Gala Bingo in pole position with 19 percent of the vote, usurping its key competitor Mecca Bingo, which only received 5 percent. Second place behind Gala was the relatively unknown Gone Bingo, which offers large sign-up bonuses and high-end graphics, demonstrating that newcomers to the online bingo scene can rival established brands.

“There’s an overwhelming amount of choice in the online bingo market, and the popularity of less well known sites proves that players are not afraid to shop around for a deal that appeals to them,” said Rob Hutchison, owner of Unluckyforsome. “Big names such as Gala, Mecca and Foxy Bingo need to work hard to keep their customers coming back.”
